Mark's film 'Datsun' is a short film funded by the New Zealand Film Commission. Datsun is a proof of concept for his feature film 'The Wall' that is in development and will be produced by Sweetshop. Datsun had it's European premiere at the Berlinale, it's American premiere at SXSW and is now Oscar accredited after a run of competition success winning awards for best film, best cinematography and best director at a number of festivals including GIFF (Mexico), Saupaulo (Brasil), Vicolicorti (Italy) and ShowMeShorts (NZ).
