When we started The Sweetshop, our dream was to build a home for creativity with integrity. We believed this industry could be better, more creative, more honest, and genuinely open to everyone who wanted in.
Five global offices later, that same Kiwi spirit still gets us out of bed every morning. We’re here for the long haul, endlessly fascinated by where craft and story are heading next.
But making great work only matters if we look after the world we’re lucky enough to make it in.
Every shoot is fully carbon offset, feeding straight back into local ecosystems, from restoring native wildflowers to planting seagrass meadows.
It's our way of ensuring we leave a lighter, sweeter footprint behind.
SWEET FACT:
Seagrass meadows are one of the ocean's most powerful carbon stores, absorbing carbon up to 35x faster than tropical rainforests. Even a small patch pulling carbon from the water is quietly doing enormous work.

On the recent EY Foundation shoot, 57% of our crew came from underrepresented groups.
