From leading the production department at Sky Creative to her recent role as an Executive Producer, Lucy has consistently delivered standout campaigns across every format, working with top-tier talent, intricate CGI, and international productions. Beyond her professional achievements, Lucy is the founder of the Advertising Freelancers Association, a trusted voice in the industry championing fairness and support for freelance talent—a value we share deeply at The Sweetshop. Based in London and overseeing the Middle East, Lucy combines creativity, leadership, and a commitment to ethical production in every project.
