Ole Peters grew up on a small island off the north coast of Germany, which left him with two choices: learn to love total silence, or desperately crave city life. Naturally, he chose a hardcore obsession with photography, design, and typography.

There is a genuine, grounded magic to the way Ole builds worlds. He weaves live action and CGI together so seamlessly that the technology disappears entirely, leaving behind pure story. Whether he's taking a viewer on a 40-million-year journey through a piece of amber for Mercedes-Benz or capturing a subtle human beat, his work feels completely effortless.

What makes him an absolute unicorn, though, is that he refuses to hand off the baton. The same guy dreaming up the shot is the one actually building it, from the very first frame to the final visual effect. It’s a rare, deeply personal approach to filmmaking, creating work that is fully realised, bespoke, and filled with heart.
