Curry Tian is a US–China based director and multidisciplinary artist who blurs the lines between film, design, fashion and digital art. Her work is immersive, visually daring and always searching for new ways to tell stories across cultures.

Her short film Simulacra earned a Student Academy Award in 2020, launching a career that’s already seen collaborations with Mercedes-Benz, Apple BEATS and Canon.

Born and raised in China, Curry’s vision is to connect east and west through a shared cinematic language. With an MFA from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts and a current role as research scholar at Harvard’s CAMLab, she continues to push storytelling into uncharted territory.
